Multicultural with German efficiency and Lebanese warmth, raised in Greece, polished in Switzerland, and a hotelier by trade, Carine has collected plenty of stories along the way. Her career has taken her from the magic of Disneyland Paris to the luxury of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
